Why JRW exists
I’m a property investor myself, and before I was a broker, I was a client. I sat across from brokers who could find me a rate but not a strategy. Nobody was thinking about how this loan affected the next one, or what it meant for where I was trying to get to. That gap is why I started JRW Finance.
Most brokers treat every loan the same: find the lowest rate, get it approved, move on. I think about lending the way an investor thinks about it. How this loan fits the next one, what it does to your borrowing power down the track, whether the structure helps you or quietly boxes you in later.
I’m a Sydney-based broker who’s worked across home loans, investment loans, refinancing, and SMSF, so most situations clients bring me, I’ve seen some version of before, including from the other side of the table.
What working with us actually looks like
