Use of Information

Your personal information is used to provide our mortgage broking services, assess applications, manage client relationships, and communicate with you regarding your services.

Where necessary to deliver our services, your information may be shared with third parties. These can include lenders and aggregators, credit reporting bodies, lenders mortgage insurers, valuers, conveyancers and solicitors, your accountant or financial adviser where you have asked us to, and technology providers such as our CRM, email, cloud storage, and identity-verification providers. Some of these providers may store or process information overseas (for example, cloud services hosted outside Australia). Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Automated Tools and Marketing

We use software and automated tools to run our website, our marketing, and our internal admin. We do not use automated systems to make decisions about your loan, your eligibility, or your credit that would significantly affect you without a person being involved. Lending recommendations and assessments are made by a person, not by an algorithm.
